Description
Unless otherwise specified this is a standard line of oolong tea from the production of Fuijan province, famous above all for its celebrated types of partially fermented teas.
Dark green-brown unevenly sized leaves, bent into S-shapes. A dark amber cup with a bitter-sweet flavour boasting the aroma of rye bread with roasted nut undertones.
Preparation
Put 5-7g (a whole tea scoop) of tea in a tea filter and place it in a heated pot. Pour on boiling water and leave to infuse for 3 minutes, then remove the filter and serve the tea.
