Lao Shu Bing Cha (Uncooked Wild Puer Sun)
Savage (uncooked) „Puer of an old tree“ is the full name of this unique tea. The leaves for the production of this Chinese original are picked in the crowns of the wild- growing tea-trees. In 2007, we experienced the chance of watching the acrobatic performances of the local village women climbing in the forked crowns of tea-trees amidst the primeval forest vegetation in the South-China Autonomous Region of Xishuang-banna.
Place 5 - 8g of tea in a warmed pot or Gai Wan type bowl and pout over water that has just been brought off the boil. The recommended time for steeping is 1-2 minutes. Serve with a burner and pot of hot water for further infusions.
